Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming inquiries and follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and in person
Explain matrimonial service packages, membership benefits, and pricing to potential clients
Coordinate with the sales and matchmaking teams to ensure timely profile registration and verification
Maintain and update client databases and follow-up trackers
Schedule meetings and appointments for relationship managers or counselors
Assist in preparing sales reports, client documentation, and promotional materials
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication
Handle basic administrative duties related to sales operations
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales support, customer service, or tele sales role (experience in the matrimonial or similar service industry is an advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus
