Role Description



The role of an Engineer - Inside Sales and Marketing encompasses a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen. This position is pivotal in bridging the gap between complex technical products or services and potential customers. Key responsibilities typically include:

Sales Coordination:

Managing and streamlining the sales process, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with clients.

Enquiry Management:

Addressing and resolving customer inquiries, providing detailed technical information, and guiding clients through product selections.

Quote Follow-Up:

Preparing accurate quotations, negotiating terms, and ensuring that proposals meet both customer needs and company standards.

Internal Order Processing:

Overseeing the order fulfillment process, coordinating with various departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Marketing Activities:

Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products or services, including digital marketing initiatives and lead generation.

Channel Partner Management:

Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, providing them with necessary support and resources to drive sales.

Qualifications and experience



Preferred Qualifications:



Diploma in Electrical and Electronics

Diploma in Electronics and Instrumentation

Diploma in Electronics and Communication

BE in Electrical and Electronics

BE in Electronics and Instrumentation

BE in Electronics and Communication


Experience:


1-2 years in Industrial Automation Product Sales and Marketing.



Key Skills:



CRM Software: Proficient in managing customer relationships and sales pipelines using CRM tools.

Microsoft Office Suite: Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, documentation, and presentations.

Digital Marketing: Experienced in leveraging platforms such as India Mart, Gem Portal, LinkedIn, etc., for lead generation and product promotion.

Languages: Fluent in Tamil and English, with a preference for candidates who also know Hindi.

Teamwork & Independence: Capable of working both collaboratively in a team setting and independently to meet goals.


Salary CTC:



For candidates with 2-3 years of experience: ?3 Lakhs per annum

For candidates with 1-2 years of experience: ?2 Lakhs to ?2.5 Lakhs per annum
