The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and coordinating with clients, preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, client calls, and presentations.
Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records.
Track sales orders, follow up on pending orders, and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management.
Communicate with clients to handle inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve basic issues.
Liaise with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to support sales activities.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team for order fulfillment.
Support the preparation of sales materials, brochures, and presentations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Any Bachelor's degree or minimum 1 year of sales coordination or similar work experience will be prefer or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP software.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
