We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Excel and MIS reporting, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the sales team in day-to-day coordination and administrative activities.
2. Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS data, and dashboards.
3. Handle data management, order processing, and follow-ups with clients/customers.
4. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales operations.
5. Support management in preparing presentations, sales analysis, and performance tracking.
6. Ensure timely communication between sales, operations, and customers.
Requirements:
1. Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, etc.).
4. Experience in preparing MIS reports.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
