Job description for Sales Coordinator
As a sales coordinator, your main role is to provide support to the sales team. You'll assist with various tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing sales orders. You'll also handle customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
In addition, you'll work closely with the sales team to coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, arranging product demos, and following up on leads. You'll help track the progress of sales deals, update sales pipelines, and provide regular updates to the team.
Another important aspect of the role is maintaining good relationships with customers. You'll ensure their satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues, and you'll work with other departments such as logistics and production to ensure timely delivery of orders.
