We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in the tea industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team by providing administrative support, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer data.
Handle customer orders, ensure timely processing, and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and help resolve any inquiries or issues.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, track sales performance, and ensure targets are met.
Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of tea products to meet customer demand. Work with the procurement team to ensure smooth inventory management.
Support the team with market analysis, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Generate regular sales and inventory reports to track performance and provide insights to the management team
Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
Ensure all sales documentation (contracts, orders, invoices) are up-to-date and comply with company standards and regulations.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Minimum Graduate
1-2 years' experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the food or beverage industry
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software and order management systems.
