JOB DESCRIPTION AND JOB SPECIFICATION: SALES CO-ORDINATOR Job Roles and Responsibilities Ensure company internal policies, mechanisms, and guidelines are being followed in the sales activities. Monitor & Handle the CRM (Field Force) system in a regular basis. Ensuring the entire Sales Activity is being logged in the system. Finding out the non-compliances & report them in the system. Coordinate with the sales team for weekly and monthly review meetings. Monitor the team\'s progress and identify shortcomings. Prepare a report of sales activities on a daily basis and share it with the management. Education - Bachelor\'s degree, experience in related field i.e. Pharma Experience - 1 to 3 Years in Pharma Sales Skills : - Excellent sales and negotiation skills Good organizational and time management skills Problem-solving skills Good Customer Interaction Computer literacy Analytical Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9200,000.00 - 9300,000.00 per year Benefits:
