Coordinate with sales team to process customer orders accurately and timely
Prepare and manage sales orders, quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations
Coordinate with production planning, warehouse, and dispatch teams for order execution
Track order status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
Maintain customer records, sales data, and order documentation
Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery schedules, and documentation
Support sales team with MIS reports, sales data, and forecasts
Coordinate with accounts team for invoicing, payments, and credit control
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong coordination and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial sales environment
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar)
Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing processes
