Shift Timing: 4:30 AM - 1:30 PM IST (Early Morning Shift)

About the Role


As a

Solar Installation Coordinator,

your primary responsibility is to manage the smooth

scheduling, logistics, and coordination of solar installations for Australian clients.

You will act as the central point between installers, suppliers, operations teams, and customers to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Job Role


1. Schedule and coordinate

solar installations across different regions in Australia


2. Liaise with installers, customers, and suppliers to confirm appointments and deliveries
3. Ensure material availability and timely stock delivery to installation sites
4. Monitor installation progress and handle on-site logistical challenges
5. Track

daily installations and update records in CRM systems


6. Communicate effectively with Australian clients regarding schedules and updates
7. Resolve operational issues quickly to avoid project delays
8. Assist with procurement coordination and stock management
9. Ensure compliance with Australian standards for installations
10.Conduct regular coordination calls with teams and prepare status reports
11.Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in the installation workflow

What We're Looking For


1.

2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or installation coordination (solar/energy preferred)


2. Familiarity with

solar installation processes and Australian standards is a plus


3. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in using CRMs, Excel, and project management tools
4. Ability to manage multiple schedules and projects simultaneously
5. Detail-oriented and efficient in handling logistics and documentation
6. Comfortable with

early morning shifts (4:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST)


7. Exposure to working with Australian or international clients is an advantage
