Duties & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities ? Prepare accurate and comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ), proforma invoices, and quotations for projects. ? Develop cost estimates and conduct rate analysis to maintain competitive and up-to-date pricing. ? Liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide tailored solutions, and manage technical documentation including material lists and cost estimates. ? Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to monitor on-site activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of projects. ? Conduct training sessions for new employees on estimation procedures, BOQ preparation, and invoicing. ? Organize regular sales team meetings and facilitate sample coordination between clients and sales teams.
