Daily coordination with customers for order updates, delivery schedules, and issue resolution
Daily mail follow up
Oder booking and DOD follow up
Co Ordination with Planning Circulate new inquiries in the prescribed format to the costing team
Coordinate between departments and factories to satisfy customer queries regarding deliveries
Preparing requisite reports and Maintaining customer master
Updating MIS and follow up action completion - with customer targets/revenues vs. achievements, Item availability for new jobs
Must be handle 4-5 persons of team
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience in B2B sales and customer service (preferably in printing/packaging)
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience
