Key Responsibilities: Reply to customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms Understand customer requirements and collect order details Share product photos, prices, and order updates Convert confirmed orders into bills/invoices Maintain order records and update daily order sheet Coordinate with production/printing team for order processing Follow up with customers for payments, confirmations, and delivery updates Handle basic customer complaints politely and professionally Skills Required: Good communication skills Basic knowledge of billing apps/Excel/Shopify Fast response time and customer handling skills Experience: Freshers can also apply. Training will be provided.
