Job Title: Sales Coordinator & Service Coordinator
:
1. Maintaining office communication with Inter office, Branches, Field staffs, customer, and vendors on Assigned department function.
2. Up keeping the official documents Data in Computer net work
3. Preparation of offer, PO, Invoice, GRN etc. as per assignment.
4. Maintaining data in Excel, DMS, CRM and ERP 5. Daily, Weekly, Monthly report preparation on assigned subject. 6. Attending official phone calls, e mail, and Fax communication.
7. Maintaining manual register of PO, WO, Import, Export Accounts data of assigned subject.
8. Providing support to filed sales and service engineers
9. Preparing sales quotations, AMC or CMC quotation and OTS quotations.
10. Carry out the pending work in the absence of peers
Qualification requirements:
? Any bachelor degree or post graduates with good communication skills.
? Better Knowledge in Typing
? Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
