Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination
Coordinate daily sales activities with sales executives, distributors, and dealers
Compile and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Track primary and secondary sales data and ensure timely reporting
Follow up on pending orders, dispatch status, and outstanding payments
Maintain updated records of dealer-wise sales, targets, and performance
Scheme Planning & Execution
Assist in designing dealer and distributor schemes (quantity-based, slab-based, seasonal schemes, incentives)
Calculate scheme eligibility, discounts, free tyres, or credit notes accurately
Communicate schemes clearly to sales teams and dealers
Track scheme performance and prepare impact analysis reports
Ensure timely closure, validation, and settlement of schemes
Tyre Claim Checking & Coordination
Receive, register, and document tyre claims from dealers/distributors
Verify claim details including tyre size, batch, invoice, manufacturing date, and defect nature
Coordinate with quality/technical team for inspection and approval
Maintain claim status tracking (received, under review, approved, rejected, settled)
Communicate claim decisions clearly to dealers and sales team
Ensure claims are processed as per company warranty policy
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain proper records of schemes, claims, approvals, and settlements
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and warranty norms
Support audits and internal reviews related to sales, schemes, and claims
Coordination & Communication
Act as a bridge between Sales, Accounts, Production, and Quality teams
Handle dealer queries related to schemes, claims, and sales support
Provide timely updates to management on sales trends, scheme performance, and claim ratios
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Good understanding of sales processes and dealer management
Analytical ability for scheme calculation and claim validation
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
Attention to detail and process discipline
Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks simultaneously
Educational Qualification
Graduate in Commerce, Management, or equivalent
Experience
2-5 years experience in sales coordination, scheme management, or claim processing
Experience in tyres, auto parts, FMCG, or distribution-based industries preferred
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports
Effective execution and closure of dealer schemes
Claim approval cycle time and accuracy
Dealer satisfaction and query resolution time
Coordination efficiency with internal teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
