Job Overview: We are looking for a female Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations in client servicing, order processing, and communication. This is a back-office role based at our Jaipur office, ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and excellent in communication. Key Responsibilities: ₹ Coordinate with sales team, clients, and vendors regarding orders and deliveries ? Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and follow up on payments ? Maintain sales records and customer databases ? Handle customer inquiries via phone and email professionally ? Liaise with logistics and dispatch teams for timely deliveries ? Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales reports ? Track inventory levels and update the team accordingly ? Support in managing dealer and distributor communication Requirements: ₹ Gender: Female ?
