? Maintain and update customer information within the CRM system.
? Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management.
? Ensure timely follow-ups by relevant teams.
? Organize customer data into groups for targeted marketing.
? Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to keep customer communication consistent.
? Provide assistance for CRM-related tasks and documentation.
? Review the list of abandoned calls from the call log/CRM/telephony system at the start and end of each day.
? Identify repeat callers or urgent leads quickly.
? Make a minimum of call-back attempts at different times of the day.
? If the customer doesn't pick up, send a follow-up message (SMS/WhatsApp/email).
? Record every call-back attempt in the CRM.
? Handle WhatsApp & telephonic queries as per the CRM's instructions.
