1-4 years in Telecalling, Sales Coordination or Customer Support
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Assistant / Tele-Sales Coordinator for the GPDE Digital Project. The candidate will handle telecalling, lead qualification, coordination with field associates, maintaining sales MIS, and supporting the Sales Manager in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls and follow-ups
Qualify leads and schedule demos/meetings
Maintain WhatsApp communication with LSAs and Channel Partners
Update daily sales sheets and MIS
Share reminders and updates in sales groups
Support Sales Manager with reporting & documentation
Maintain customer and Panchayat contact database
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Telecalling experience
Basic Excel/Google Sheets
Follow-up discipline
Target-oriented attitude
Compensation:
?15,000 - ?22,000/month + incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?11,366.02 - ?31,609.69 per month
