Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Prepare and maintain sales-related documents (quotations, invoices, purchase orders, etc.). Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports. Follow up with clients for payments, orders, and feedback. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports. Liaise with the logistics, accounts, and production teams for smooth order execution. Track sales targets, monitor performance, and prepare periodic sales analysis reports. Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues to the concerned department. Assist in organizing sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role (minimum 2 years). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a Must. Attention to detail with problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:



Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?31,479.73 per month
