Manage and coordinate a 60-member sales team, set targets, monitor KPIs, and support recruitment & training.
Support sales operations: lead allocation, sales reporting, order fulfillment, and coordination with logistics.
Act as liaison between sales, management, marketing, and product teams, ensuring smooth communication.
Track sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare reports to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
Handle administrative tasks: sales documentation, order processing, compliance, and budget support.

Strong Advance Excel Knowledge.
