Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized

Sales Coordinator

to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role is integral to ensuring smooth sales operations, supporting the sales team, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver clear and professional communication--both written and verbal--with internal teams and customers. Manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Oversee the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports. Handle end-to-end order processing, ensure timely order preparation, and follow up on pending payments. Address and resolve queries related to dispatches and provide ongoing sales support. Assist the sales team in preparing business proposals and client presentations. Coordinate directly with customers for updates, inquiries, and relationship management. Track sales orders and regularly update relevant department heads. Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree B.E/B.Tech, or B.Sc Science 3-8 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and time management skills. Customer-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
