Sales Co Ordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth running of sales operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative duties, coordinate with internal departments, maintain customer records, and assist in tracking sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the sales team in daily sales operations and client communications. Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and client follow-ups. Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, contracts, and other sales documents. Process orders, track deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems. Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability. Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations. Monitor and track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics. Handle inquiries and resolve any sales-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
