Sales Coordinator (Only Female Candidate)

Shift Timings:

10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

Engage with clients via calls and virtual meetings for relationship management, revivals, and follow-ups. Collect and analyze client experience feedback to improve overall satisfaction. Assist in processing client orders and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries. Provide backend support for smooth order management, invoicing, and documentation. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and preferences. Represent the company professionally, showcasing a deep understanding of the luxury jewelry domain. Enhance the client experience through personalized communication and attention to detail.

Qualification Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

affluent English

. Ability to connect virtually with clients through video calls, emails, and digital platforms. Strong interpersonal skills with a

flair for the luxury domain

and understanding of high-end clientele. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or client-facing role, preferably in the luxury or jewelry industry.
