Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily sales activities and client follow-ups Assist the sales team with order processing and tracking Maintain strong client relationships and handle inquiries Track orders, manage dispatches, and coordinate with inventory Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and support sales targets

Requirements:

Prior experience in jewellery sales coordination is

mandatory

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) Ability to multitask and manage client communications efficiently
