We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will coordinate sales activities, manage customer documentation, track orders, and ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and customers. This role is critical in ensuring efficient sales operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with daily coordination and administrative tasks.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams (logistics, finance, operations).
Maintain and update sales records, CRM data, and customer databases.
Track order status, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
Assist in tender documentation, pre-qualification, and compliance requirements (if applicable).
Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and generate sales reports.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
Support sales forecasting and pipeline tracking.
Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Familiarity with business practices and documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
