Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with daily coordination and administrative tasks
Maintain, update, and analyze sales data using
Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards
Track orders, customer information, and sales activities
Coordinate communication between sales, operations, and other departments
Support CRM data entry and ensure accuracy of records
Identify trends and discrepancies in sales data and report findings
Help manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups for the sales team
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets
Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (formulas, data entry, sorting, filtering)
Basic understanding of sales processes and reporting
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
