Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate leads through
B2B portals, company websites, directories, LinkedIn, Google searches, and trade platforms
.
Maintain an updated lead database with complete contact and business details.
Sales & Business Conversion
Approach prospects via
calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings
to pitch biodegradable cutlery products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales orders effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
.
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Ensure timely follow-ups, order confirmations, and customer satisfaction.
Address customer queries, objections, and post-sales support in coordination with internal teams.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Track market trends in
eco-friendly and sustainable products
.
Monitor competitor pricing, products, and positioning.
Share regular market feedback with management.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily sales activity reports and lead status updates.
Prepare MIS reports on leads, conversions, and revenue.
Coordinate with production/logistics for order execution.
