The Sales Operation Executive at SM Marketing is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations between the Sales, Service, and Coordination teams. The role focuses on monitoring workflow, improving productivity, and supporting the team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities (Summary):
Oversee daily operations and ensure timely completion of sales tasks
Coordinate between Sales Executives and Management
Assign work, guide team members, and track performance
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and monitor KPIs
Support customer service by handling escalations and ensuring timely service delivery
Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce delays
Skills Required:
Strong team handling & leadership
Excellent communication and coordination
Good problem-solving ability
Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, word and basic business tools
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
