Job Description


Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of delays (if any), arranging delivery dates Responding to complaints from the customers Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, contacts and product numbers Entering orders in ERP ensuring they are processed according to customer s requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time Check Online Orders and plan of dispatch according to the orders and proceed timely Generate sales invoices in ERP,Tally as well E Way Collaborating with other departments to ensure Sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales MIS records, prepare reports, and provide accounts details to all partners as well as accounts ledgers to them Monitoring attendance of sales team Monitor sales team activities Maintain proper MIS of sales data Good knowledge of excel like Pivot table, V look up Submit reports as per deadline Understanding reporting format and arrange data from respective resources Give training amp; assist Distributors and sales team for ERP Track distributors amp; sales team data as per company objective Able to organize, store and present data in simple manner Keep manitain Ecom order dispatch billing amp; accounting.
