JOB BRIEF
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for connecting with new Channel Partners from the provided database, pitching ongoing projects, and activating them for sales. The role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-ups, and coordination with the Sourcing Manager to drive channel engagement.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Connect with new Channel Partners from the provided database via calls / G- Meet
Explain and pitch company projects clearly and confidently
Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with Channel Partners
Activate new Channel Partners by explaining project details, commission structure, and support process
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure engagement and interest
After successful discussion, schedule Google Meet meetings between Channel Partners and the Sourcing Manager
Maintain and update Excel trackers for calls, follow-ups, and meeting status
Coordinate closely with the Sourcing Manager for updates and feedback
Ensure accurate reporting of daily activities and outcomes
Candidate Requirements
6 Months - 2 years of experience in sales coordination / channel sales / telecalling
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Strong convincing and presentation skills
Well-presentable and professional personality
Proficient in MS Excel (basic formulas, data tracking, follow-ups)
Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate channel sales
Familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to handle multiple Channel Partners simultaneously
