Job Description

Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a

Sales Coordinator

who will be responsible for

lead qualification, customer follow-ups, order conversions, order processing, and coordination with internal teams

to ensure smooth sales operations and timely dispatch of orders.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead qualification

and verification of incoming sales leads Regular

follow-ups with prospects

to drive conversions Convert leads into

confirmed orders

and maintain the sales pipeline

Order taking

, order entry, and coordination for execution Identify and generate

new client data

through market research and referrals Coordinate with

sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams

Ensure

timely order dispatch

and update customers on delivery status Maintain accurate

sales records, CRM, and MIS reports

Resolve customer queries related to orders, pricing, and delivery
Skills Required

Strong

communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage

multiple leads and priorities

Good knowledge of

MS Excel, CRM/ERP systems

Strong

coordination and follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
