We are looking for a

Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team and client base. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Support sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations. Coordinate with clients on queries, onboarding, and renewals. Maintain CRM/records of leads, follow-ups, and client communications. Generate sales reports and track performance. Assist with sales campaigns and outreach activities. Work with operations to ensure smooth client servicing.

Requirements

Graduate with

2-7 years of relevant experience

in sales coordination, client servicing, or related roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Location

Mohali Office (preferred)

Remote option available

only for candidates willing to work full-time with dedicated focus from home
