The Sales Training Coordinator (E-Learning) will be responsible for managing and supporting digital training programs designed to enhance the sales team's knowledge, skills, and performance. This role ensures seamless execution of e-learning modules, webinars, and virtual training sessions. The coordinator will also manage the Learning Management System (LMS), track progress, and generate reports to measure training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Learning Program Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule online sales training sessions, webinars, and virtual workshops.
Manage enrollment, attendance, and completion tracking of e-learning modules.
Ensure smooth functioning of LMS platforms and troubleshoot technical issues for learners.
Content & Course Management:
Upload, update, and maintain e-learning courses, quizzes, and certifications on the LMS.
Work with trainers and instructional designers to prepare digital training materials (presentations, videos, assessments, interactive content).
Ensure all content aligns with sales strategy and product knowledge updates.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track learner participation, completion rates, and assessment scores.
Generate regular reports and dashboards on training effectiveness for management.
Collect feedback from participants and analyze for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Support:
Partner with Sales Managers to identify training needs and propose relevant e-learning solutions.
Coordinate with external vendors or e-learning content providers when required.
Provide technical and administrative support to employees during online training sessions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in training coordination, preferably with exposure to
e-learning platforms / LMS management
.
Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Storyline, etc.) is an advantage.
Prior experience in sales training support is desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of online learning platforms and digital tools (LMS, Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic data analysis.
Tech-savvy with troubleshooting ability for virtual training platforms.
Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.

Timely execution of online training schedules.
Percentage of course completion and certification rates.
Participant satisfaction scores from digital training programs.
Accuracy and efficiency in training data management and reporting.
