Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing and coordinating daily sales operations, preparing reports, handling customer queries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery of pharmaceutical products. Prepare and maintain sales reports. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide necessary support to ensure client satisfaction. Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, and other sales documentation. Follow up with clients for payments and outstanding dues. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Communicate with internal departments (Production, Purchase, Logistics, Accounts) to ensure smooth operations. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely supply. Support marketing activities, including promotional campaigns and events. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
