Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, client interactions, and documentation. Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, invoices, and bills. Assist in responding to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM databases. Track pending payments and coordinate with accounts for follow-ups. Support sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts. Ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, logistics, and accounts teams. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Handle administrative tasks such as drafting emails, filing, and maintaining records.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Marketing or related field. 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
