Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing follow-ups with walk-in customers, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a basic understanding of Excel and other software tools. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in converting leads and, when necessary, generating new leads to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Follow-ups: Manage and execute timely follow-ups with walk-in customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication between team members.
- Customer Handling: Address customer inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Lead Conversion: Convert potential leads into actual sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads through various channels to expand the customer base when required.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Excel and other software tools.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.
