Designation: Sales Coordinator
Location: BKC, Mumbai
Payroll: Partner's Payroll

Key Responsibilites:

Manage the entire order entry lifecycle in Apollo by creating accurate order forms, following up until completion, and maintaining an MIS report of all entries Enter cases in Workflow Manager and ensure timely and accurate updates Handle the activation and delivery of DUNS Registered Seal (DRS) by creating profiles based on client details, coordinating site visits for validation, and updating data on the OTMS portal for DRS customers, including DUNS generation Manage the activation and delivery of ESG registered badges by validating client questionnaires, updating data on the OTMS portal, and ensuring delivery within stipulated timelines Coordinate with internal stakeholders for order ID generation and posting of cases Generate proforma invoices, prepare NDAs by coordinating with all stakeholders, and manage the invoicing process by addressing discrepancies and sharing corrected invoices with the team Take on additional responsibilities for new projects as required, such as lead management and allocation

Key Requirements:

Any graduate with 3-4 years of relevant experience Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Excel Good process knowledge and experience handling bulk data
