Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Coordination
Handle incoming customer enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, website) for Internet services & added-value solutions.
Qualify new leads, provide product/service information & follow up promptly to convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
Prepare & share quotations, proposals & service details with customers in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects & sales activity in the CRM system.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
Interact confidently with residential, commercial & corporate clients, explaining Infinet's premium Internet plans & added-value service offerings.
Build & maintain long-term customer relationships by providing fast, attentive, personalised service.
Liaise with Customer Service & Technical teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to installation/after-sales support.
Added-Value Service Promotion
Communicate additional solutions including
surveillance & security systems, mobile network boosters, power back up & inverters, IT & networking services & Wi-Fi hotspot solutions
for hospitality & businesses.
Proactively suggest service upgrades, annual maintenance agreements, or additional redundancy solutions to maximise client satisfaction & customer uptime.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Installation, Accounts) to ensure timely service delivery.
Monitor sales activity, pipeline status & report progress to management.
Track customer feedback & share insights to improve sales strategies & service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in
sales coordination, customer service, or office-based sales support
