Coordinate with the sales team to support daily sales operations
Prepare and manage sales documents including quotations, invoices, orders, and reports
Maintain and update customer data, sales records, and MIS reports
Follow up with customers regarding orders, dispatch schedules, and payments
Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and other internal teams
Track order status and ensure timely execution and delivery
Assist in preparing monthly sales performance reports
Handle customer queries and provide necessary support to the sales team
Maintain proper filing and documentation as per company process
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred)
Experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Executive, or similar role preferred
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Skills
Experience in manufacturing / production-based company (if applicable)
Knowledge of billing, order processing, and basic accounts coordination
Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (added advantage)
