oInteract with customer if any further detailed needed or query for capability to manufacture & deliver
oDiscuss with technical team for commercial, manufacturing capability & delivery schedule
oSend quotation to customer
oFollow - up with customer for order & negotiate if necessary
oReceipt of customer order - verbal, email, hard copy
oFollow up with customer for timely payment
