Key Responsibilities:



Support the sales team by preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations. Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, client calls, and follow-ups. Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems. Monitor and track sales performance, generating reports and dashboards as required. Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and operations for seamless order processing. Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate sales representatives or managers

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
