We are Urgently "Sales Coordinator" - Okhla Phase 1
Support the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
Prepare and manage sales documents including quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes
Coordinate with clients for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards
Follow up with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide necessary support
Coordinate internal meetings, client visits, and exhibitions if required
