1-2 Years Coordinate with customers and the sales team to manage inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and other sales-related documents accurately and on time.
Maintain and update customer records, sales trackers, and reports in coordination with the sales department.
Follow up with clients regarding pending quotations, payments, and order status.
Coordinate with the Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and other documentation required by the management.
Handle routine correspondence and support sales executives during client visits, exhibitions, or demos.
Support the marketing team with lead generation and initial client communication if required.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination (preferably in machinery).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
