- Handle customer complaints on call and via email, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
1. Manage ecommerce sales orders (Quotations, check available stock, Customers' purchase orders) with verifications and follow up with customers in case of discrepancies.
2. Issuing sales document such as Delivery note, Invoices, Return management for online channels and related sales report
3. Inventory management for marketplaces such as Amazon.
4. Coordinate with relevant departments to carry out sales and services to achieve satisfaction for customers
