- Address customer inquiries related to garment products, including sizing, materials and order status.
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing return, resolving payment issues.
- Handling customer complaints with empathy, aiming to achieve swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and garment specifications to assist customers effectively.
- Excellent communication skills
- Candidate should be comfortable working on Sunday
- Candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in customer support/customer care.
