Profile of Sales Coordinator -Type of Business- Steel Distribution -Locations - VKI & Nirman Nagar, Jaipur -Salary- 12k \xe2\x80\x93 18k -Timings- 9:30 Am to 7:00 Pm -Experience \xe2\x80\x93 0-2 years working experience in sales department -Language \xe2\x80\x93 speaks Hindi and Punjabi Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy of contact information and sales history.
- Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and correspondence.
- Proven experience in a sales support or relevant role for 0-2 years
- Working knowledge of MS Office and relevant sales software
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Adaptability and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
