The Sales Coordinator will act as a vital link between the sales team, customers, and internal departments. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities - Sales Coordinator
Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and internal departments for smooth order processing.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and ensure timely responses.
Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and order confirmations.
Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and documentation.
Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and coordinate with logistics/dispatch teams.
Support the sales team in achieving targets through follow-ups and client communication.
Generate regular sales reports and share insights with management.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
Language :
Tamil, English, Hindi Preferred.
