Job Profile
Responsibilities: * Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, and sample requests in coordination with Sales Representatives, internal departments, dealers, and clients.

  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of documentation and follow-ups related to customer requirements.
  • Maintain and update records using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow across departments.
  • Provide prompt support to the sales team by preparing necessary documents and reports for client meetings or presentations.
Expertise & Skills Required:
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of SAP.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills to manage communication between departments, dealers, and clients.
