Job Location: Reay Road, Mumbai. 1. Making Quotations and raising Invoices to the clients. 2. Preparing relevant documentation and ensuring timely delivery of products and services to client in coordination with the stores and logistics team. 3. Maintaining and expand interrelationships with existing clients, thus enhancing the business. 4. Client Servicing: To be the SPOC for clients on operational issues, and ensure timely deliverables to the Client. 5. Following up with the clients for the pending payments. 6. Customer Feedback: Coordinating with teams to develop marketing strategies and provide customer feedback to the product team. 7. MIS Maintenance: Managing the customer data and maintaining regular MIS reports. 8. Maintaining records for the quotations sent. 9. Understanding the customer query and accordingly giving the resolution for the same. 10. Additionally working on The SHM Store website portal as and when required. 11. Finding the photos and descriptions of the new products/categories and uploading the same on the portal. 12. Handling Magento software application for uploading the product details.
