We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and business partners. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing sales documentation, order processing, and communication to help drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and share quotations with clients via email and telephonic communication.
Create and process purchase orders with primary partners and vendors.
Manage and track confirmed orders by coordinating with accounts, store, logistics, and sales teams.
Work closely with the internal field sales team and backend support team to ensure timely execution of orders.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports as and when required by management.
Ensure smooth follow-ups and clear communication across departments.
Requirements & Skills:
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficiency in both Hindi and English.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced business environment.
Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
