Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to support daily sales activities.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost sheets as per customer requirements.
Maintain and update sales records, order status, and customer databases.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and approvals.
Coordinate with production, procurement, dispatch, and installation teams.
Assist in preparing sales MIS reports and performance summaries.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues through effective coordination.
Ensure accuracy in documentation, pricing, and order processing.
Support management with presentations and reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (data tracking, cost sheets)
PowerPoint (sales presentations, proposals)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced trading and manufacturing environment.
